The bracelets come in a set of 2 so that you can wear one on each wrist. They can be used to relieve motion sickness by pressing the bead into the P6 acupressure point. Wear the bracelet before your journey for better results.

For the best results try and roll the bead around the P6 acupressure point which located three finger widths below your wrist crease. Please see the image in the photos for an idea. The pressure should be firm but not painful.

The bracelets are adjustable so that you can keep them on your wrist and move up and down your arm when needed.
